Meet Rachel: Your guide on the journey  

Rachel Ballard, RN, BSN, NTP, knows first hand how it feels to be overwhelmed by illness. After being diagnosed with a rare paralyzing autoimmune disease in 2019 and abandoned by doctors when traditional care failed, she turned to Nutritional Therapy–not even sure at the time if it would help.

Rachel brings a unique perspective to the way she cares for you because she actually eats and lives the same way she teaches you.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her growing medicinal herbs, catching up on the British Baking Show or working on her beef cattle farm in central Kentucky. She has been married to her husband Jeremy since 2001 and has two children: Caroline and Logan.
