Nutritional therapy is unlike any approach to wellness you’ve ever tried.
Based on five pillars of health, each component works together to reach deeply into the roots of the body’s systems and restore balance. We like to say that your symptoms are the leaves on a great tree. To resolve health issues, we must first look to the roots.
The way we do this may seem simple at first. But don’t be fooled–your body is built to heal and when given the right tools and environment, it will take the lead. You don’t have to know every dangerous ingredient on a food label or zip yourself inside a plastic bubble to make it work, either.

Your body is the only one like it and that means the approaches we use for wellness are crafted to the individual needs of your body and the pace of your life. Even if you’re busy, we can make it work!
Struggling with one size fits all approaches is probably why trendy methods have left you feeling worse or mentally burned out. No one thing is ever right for everyone. So take a deep breath, relax and stop trying to guess at what’s best. We’ll create it together.
Five Pillars No other modality combines
There are lots of “natural” wellness folks out there but the chance that you’ll find any of them that bring these five key players together as seamlessly as we do is really small. Many use pieces of the puzzle but leave out the emphasis on one or many parts.
This process doesn’t need to be extreme or restrictive for everyone. I was ecstatic to learn that steak, baked potatoes, bacon and cheese were all still allowed! We can go as quickly or as gently as you’d like to go so that the habits you build stay with you forever and you feel relaxed and confident before we move to the next part.
No one is going to throw meal plans at you and send you out the door. And likewise we don’t pile you up with stacks of supplements either.

Master hormones like insulin play a key role in the inflammatory and immune response. We’ll build a food and lifestyle framework to put out the fire inside.
Boost Absorption
You can eat good food but it only goes so far if you don’t absorb properly. Addressing the master system of wellness–your digestion and gut health–matters for all systems.
Identify Stressors
Stressors are internal and external. Family, jobs, and life pace can be big triggers for illness but nutrient deficiencies, toxins and other imbalances happening inside the body also need to be identified and resolved.
Eat with Purpose
Nutrient-dense whole foods are the foundation of recovery. You can’t build a house out of styrofoam and your body can’t heal without nutrients. Together we’ll find food options you like, work on time saving prep strategies and adjust what you need to eat based on your health concerns.
Maximize Sleep
Food cravings, gut health, healthy weight and more all depend on quality sleep. Most people don’t realize how they are sabotaging their nighttime zzz’s with their daytime behaviors.
Root Cause Analysis
