Boost Patient Health, Reduce Strain
We’ll handle the diet and lifestyle work for you.

Your patients have access to more information than ever these days–and that can be both frustrating and challenging.
With a packed schedule and very little time, it can be hard to give the attention patients need when it comes to diet and lifestyle changes. Especially when they ask you “Is there something I can eat or do for this?” Or worse yet, they carry in information they printed off Google and there’s just no time to sort through it all.
Most medical schools offer extremely limited guidance on nutrient dense foods, supplements, or individualized diets based on condition.
That’s where I come in.
Nutritional therapy utilizes a nutrient-dense whole food approach combined with stress management, blood sugar regulation techniques to lower inflammatory responses, natural digestive support for detoxification, and strategies to promote deep sleep so the body can do what it was meant to do–heal.
These approaches aren’t right for every patient you’ll see, but for those who have the willpower and interest in holistic alternatives, we’d love to help.
As a Registered Nurse who has reversed chronic Guillain-Barre Syndrome (CIDP) with these exact techniques, I have a clinical interest in degenerative neurologic diseases but welcome anyone who seems to present with mystery symptoms or conditions that are chronic, autoimmune and inflammatory in nature. I see all ages from birth up.
We never claim to be able to cure, diagnose or treat any medical condition. I leave that to you. But I do base my work on analyzing laboratory and other functional tests to identify gaps in the client’s nutritional status that could be hindering the body’s natural recovery processes.
I strive to respect the treatment plans, medications and recommendations you give to your patients, and will always encourage them to have an open dialogue with you about what we are doing in the clinic.
I welcome your calls to the clinic with questions about my services or to consult on cases as needed. I’d be happy to come by your office and speak to your staff about using food as a tool to support wellness.
Together we can be a team in the battle against chronic disease in this country and I look forward to working with you.
Patient referrals can be made by having the client give us a call to set up their first appointment. We’ll take it from there.
